Yeast display libraries are cloned from sequence pools with enriched target-specific diversity, either from immunized rabbits, AbAccel® optimization libraries or after a few rounds of phage display selection. The mechanism of AbSieve® will exclude misfolded antibodies and enables the selection of high quality stable molecules.
